Our Apartment

A brand new, two bedroom (two bathroom) apartment complete with all mod cons to make your self-catering holiday as easy and stress-free as possible.

Situated on the excellent new Lakeside Gardens development with all amenities to make your stay completely enjoyable. Overlooking the tranquil Lake Tuzla, Lakeside is just 30 minutes from bustling Bodrum and 15 minutes from Bodrum airport, or just 2.5 hours from Izmir Airport with its year round scheduled flights from most UK airports.

With stunning views over Lake Tuzla and the nearly complete golf course, the ground floor* apartment is situated in a quiet spot on this stunning complex, yet just a couple of hundred yards from all the facilities – Pool, restaurant, bar, shop, mini-golf, ground chess, tennis courts and gardens.

Fully fitted with comfy beds, TV, DVD player, play-station, air conditioning and all home appliances – washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair-dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, hob and toaster.

Comfortably sleeps four, but a sofa bed in the lounge extends this to six.

With a large covered veranda (with furniture) and garden area you can either worship the sun all day or chill in the shade, enjoying the cooling mountain breeze.

* Accessed by two flights of stairs.

N.B. Please note, that this is a developing part of Turkey, so there is some nearby building work underway.

Lakeside Gardens, being brand new, does not yet have mature shrubbery etc.

To keep our apartment nice and for the comfort and safety of all our guests, we respectfully ask that the interior and balcony areas remain non-smoking.

Smoking is common-place in Turkey although a recent law has banned smoking in confined spaces - like restaurants etc
